What does 'unlimited calls' mean?
We don't charge per minute or per call. Your monthly fee covers all inbound calls within reasonable business use. If you have unusual volume needs, we'll work with you on a custom plan.
Is there a setup fee?
We offer white-glove onboarding ($500) that includes script customization, calendar integration, and call routing setup. We often waive this for annual commitments—ask us!
Can I integrate with my existing CRM?
Essential includes calendar integration. For CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), we offer custom integration projects starting at $500, with optional maintenance plans.
What if I need to cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. We'll help you transition smoothly and export any data you need.
